Strong communities are built when neighbors come together, share experiences, and celebrate traditions.
The Village Hall campus exists only because of generations of Annisquam residents have pitched in, providing financial support and leadership.
But these are old buildings. Over the past few years, the Village Hall campus has needed some major capital improvements, well beyond the scope of usual annual maintenance and repair. This essential work, culminating in this year’s roof and infrastructure upgrades to the Village Hall have depleted the cash reserves carefully built up over many years.
To meet this challenge, we have launched the Legacy Campaign, with the initial goal of raising $2 Million to fund the capital projects we know are coming and provide an endowment for the future. These funds, earmarked for major capital improvements, will be professionally managed, and are separate from the dues and other income that support annual operation. The Village Hall campus needs both your annual support and your capital gifts.
While the Annisquam Association manages this property, we are all its stewards. We hope you will join with us and your many good neighbors in securing the future of this special place.
